Texas Ramp Project
Annual projects - Texas Ramps
The Texas Ramp Project is a statewide project to construct access ramps for people who use a wheelchair. Our Kiwanis Club has joined the state organization by developing local ramp construction crews to build wheelchair ramps in Hays and surrounding counties for Texans who cannot afford them - "to free them from being homebound, and get them out into the community."
