Sorry the bulletin is a bit late this week.  Your editor came down with a virus and a touch of pneumonia, and has been trying to bounce back.  He is much better, but weak and wobbly.  Besides, the tragic flooding on Memorial Day kicked out internet so he couldn't connect with the internet, so this is why this is a bit late.
