'A WORD ABOUT THE ELIMINATE PROJECT"

"As we close the door on another successful Kiwanis year, think of the possibilities that lie ahead.  The Eliminate Project nears the end of the active fundraising campaign with less than $8,ooo,ooo.00 left to raise.  The potential exists..  Using the momentum fro  recent months, we can reach our $110 million goal by December 31, 2015, and help protect millions of women and their future babies from maternal and neonatal tetanus.
You can make an impact during the next few months.  Here are some tips to increase fundraising and help Kiwanis make history.
     >The Centennial Award is available through December 31.  Make a gift to benefit The Eliminate project, honor Kiwanis history and give families the promise of a better tomorrow.
>Have you claimed your place in Kiwanis history?  Individual donors who have contributed $1,000 or greater and clubs that have pledged to raise at least $500 per member are recognized in the Donor Legacy Book.  It's not too late!  Qualifying gifts made before the end of the calendar year will be included in the updated version.
>A group of Kiwanians will travel to Ghana in November to witness UNICEF-led activities and see how Ghana has sustained its earlier elimination of MNT.  Keep an eye out for their stories and photos to share with your club.  The faces in their photos represent the long-term impact of the Kiwanis family's contributions through The Eliminate Project.
The 2014-2015 year may have ended, but the year of Celebration will continue.  Together, we will see Kiwanis make history in 2015."  (This email was sent from Kiwanis International)
